Terms of service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing, or using poolcod, you accept these terms, the Privacy policy, and the Refund policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

2. Nature of the service

poolcod provides visualizations of public market data, liquidations reported by exchanges, and estimated statistical zones. It is not an exchange, broker, financial adviser, custodian, or provider of guaranteed signals. Estimated pools do not represent known positions or confirmed orders.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of any unauthorized access. The account is personal and may not be resold, shared at scale, or used to bypass technical limits.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Main prices are displayed in USD as commercial reference. Before payment, the exact charge processed by Wompi in COP is shown.
• You authorize recurring charges to the tokenized payment source for each renewal.
• You may cancel renewal from the account area. Access continues until the already paid period ends.
• If a charge fails, we may retry and mark the account as past due. Access may be suspended after the paid period expires.
• Applicable taxes may be added or included depending on legislation and will be disclosed before payment confirmation.

5. Financial risk

Trading derivatives and cryptoassets involves high risk, including total loss. Users make independent decisions and should verify data with additional sources. Past performance, intensities, and historical liquidations do not predict future results.

6. Availability and third-party data

Exchanges may delay, limit, modify, or interrupt their APIs. We do not guarantee that data is exhaustive, timely, or error-free. We may perform maintenance, change providers, or modify features without compromising paid periods beyond what is required by law.

7. Permitted use

You may not attempt to compromise the service, extract data abusively, resell access, interfere with other users, use automation that degrades the platform, infringe third-party rights, or use poolcod for illegal activities.

8. Intellectual property

The name, design, proprietary code, visualization models, and poolcod content belong to the operator or its licensors. Public exchange data remains subject to the terms of the respective sources. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts due to fraud, non-payment, abuse, security risk, or breach. Users may stop using the service and cancel renewal. Payment, ownership, liability, and dispute provisions survive where applicable.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, poolcod is not liable for investment decisions, trading losses, third-party interruptions, lost profits, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law and contact

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Before litigation, the parties will seek to resolve the dispute directly through official poolcod support on Discord.
